HIM oversees multiple aspects of the business, from manufacturing and design, to distribution and sales, leading all operations from the downtown Milan offices and showcasing the group’s partner brands at the group’ s international showrooms in Milan, Paris and New York.

1960

Gibo’ Founded by Carlo Zuccoli.

1970 - 80

Gibò produces the top brands of the time Giorgio Armani, Moschino and Jean Paul Gaultier.

1990

Onward Holdings LTD takes over Gibò and expands manufacturing facilities. Licenses: Michael Kors, Viktor&Rolf, Helmut Lang, Marc Jacobs, John Galliano and Alexander McQueen.

2004 - 2007

The Holding acquires Maglificio Erika for diversification into luxury knitwear, Iris Group and Frassineti, specialized footwear and leather goods production.

2005

The holding acquires Joseph London.

2008

IRIS North America Inc is established in New York.
Onward Holdings LTD buys the acclaimed German brand Jil Sander.

2012

Gibò and Iris merge and create Onward Luxury Group spa (OLG) to oversee production and distribution of all licenses.

2015

OLG acquires Freeland Group, leader of sneakers production.

2016

Onward Holdings acquires Moreau Paris, French Heritage Luxury trunks and leather goods.

2017

OLG acquires the British footwear and accessories brand Charlotte Olympia.

2018

OLG takes on the CFDA award winning brand Brock Collection as licence and adds Rochas Homme to its portfolio.

2019

OLG launches its very first brand F_WD.

2020

OLG creates its internal talents incubator LAB and launches the new brand Carlotha Ray. OLG adds Francesco Russo, Maria Luca, JW Anderson, Victoria Beckham and Plan C to its footwear licenses and Elie Saab to its production portfolio.

2021

HIM Co S.p.A. acquires Onward Luxury Group, as well as the majority shares of Frassineti Srl (a handbag and small leather 4 goods manufacturer) and Erika Srl (a fine knitwear manufacturer).
